Everyone has at-least one unrealistic dream, whether it be owning a Ferrari, playing as a world renowned footballer etc. It is healthy to have something to work for and one of my goals is owning an outstanding handbag collection. Since quarantine has become a part of our lives I have had a lot of extra time on my hands to shop. So I compiled my favourite designer bags on the market right now which I could only dream of owning.
Instagram has changed the way in which we live and experience our lives and I am here for it! Who knew I would care enough to see what someone was eating for breakfast but apparently its normal now to take a photo of your food before devouring it! Since Instagram has taken such a hold on most people’s lives I felt it only right to share a selection of my favourite influencers.
Autumn is a time for welly walks over frost covered paths taking hundreds and thousands of pictures of crisp leaves in an array of oranges and auburns. Then later, returning to the crackling fire and the pumpkin-spiced latte you just poured for yourself. That is what the months of Autumn is about. But fashion is not to be forgotten within this idealistic image. Fashion thrives best in autumn; warm jackets, boots and wooly hats. So I used this to my advantage to curate a list of the essential components to every Fall wardrobe…
You stand there starring into the shop window , eyes mesmerised, mind in a ultimate trance, you’re unable to carry on with your day, it’s just too perfect to leave. We’ve all been there. Falling in love for an item way out of your budget. I remember scrolling through Instagram one evening and stumbling upon a tande Chanel bag that ultimately took my breath way. Extra is an understatement for this years Met ball, a huge event that is held in New York”s Metropolitan Museum of Art. It was amazing! Camp was the theme this time around which is when something is deliberately exaggerated and done in a theatrical style. You can go super crazy and express your self with your outfits. Most invitees came dressed in a designer of their choice which they believed ideas best fitted the theme of that year. So I have listed my favourite looks of the night and who the designer of the carefully made outfits was!
Coachella is a massive Music and Arts festival held in Indio California. It is a world-known event where people travel from all around the globe to be part of this major festival. Summer 2018, and cycling shorts were being styled and worn everywhere! Celebrities were wearing them, models were wearing them and our instagram feeds were filled with pictures of people posing in them. But it is 2019 now! Are they still going to be as popular this summer? Who knows? I’d love to hear your ideas on this subject!
The start of a new school year is on the horizon, which I am not overly looking forward to, however, one thing that makes this event bearable is shopping for new gear! Eg: new bag, pencil case, water bottle etc. Last week I am came across this stunner of a bag and after much consideration and thought, I decided to purchase the Cath Kidston London Toile Pandora bag in large.
Thought that saddle bags were once a thing which now isn’t? Well that isn’t the case anymore as the iconic Christian Dior saddle bags have made there way back to the shelves. Making their first appearance in 1999 in Paris (where else) they were a massive success and were sold out before the blink of an eye. However the trend had disappeared into the shadows by 2008 never to be seen again…
